• Trainee will be familiarized with the HACCP (hazard
analysis critical control point plan), which
tells the government how the Soy
based plant will produce the quality product.
• The trainee will assist the supervisor in maintaining
the documentation and records for HACCP,
collecting and interpreting the data
• Assist the supervisor in developing and analyzing
statistical data and product specifications; the
trainee will receive training
(lecture format) on Good Lab Practices & Proficiency Testing, and
Sanitation Standard Operating
Procedures (SSOPs).
• Further, the trainee will assist with inspecting and
testing materials, facilities and the products,
using thermometers, scales, lab
equipment, etc.
• The trainee will receive a lecture on Food Safety
activities.
• The trainee will learn QC measures in production
personnel, sample and lab testing techniques
and plant monitoring of process
schedules and audit monitor specific manufacturing control points
(critical process steps) at the
plant floor level and participate in monthly / weekly / daily GMP and
Sanitation self-inspections.
